Sonia is our newest sales agent and she brings a whole new point of view to our team. She is proud of her Latino heritage and sharing her knowledge of real estate with those around her. Her enthusiasm for sharing information within the Latino community or anyone who requires assistance in understanding the process of purchasing a home has been an inspiration to those around her.
Previously, Sonia worked for a New Home Builder in Southern California. There she learned one of the most "mysterious" aspects of the entire sales process - escrow. As an Escrow Coordinator, Sonia worked with buyers, lenders, sales agents, title, customer service, design center reps and anyone else who may have been involved in the purchasing and closing of a new home. This experience has given her the ability to be able to successfully walk her clients thru the escrow process.
