Teri Wright-Kersten
Teri Wright-Kersten is our Asset Manager. She is the “behind the scenes” senior member of our staff who makes things happen. Teri has a strong background in property management and marketing – which gives her a unique insight into the REO management. She is also a licensed real estate agent.
Teri started out as a part-time file clerk for a large property management company in Southern California. She excelled in the environment and soon advanced within the company. Since that beginning, Teri has over 15 years in the REO industry. She has worked for HUD’s M&M contractors in positions from customer service, property manager, and executive assistant to the contract manager. In these positions she gained the opportunity to learn more and more about the sales, marketing and management of REO properties.
